ACECCで3年に１度開催されるCECAR（アジア土木技術国際大会）が韓国の済州島で10/21（火）～24（金）で開催されました。このCECAR10にてTC21は「Trans-disciplinary Approach for Disaster Risk Reduction by Scientific Knowledge-Based Decision- Making 」をタイトルとしたセッションを10/23（木）に開催しました。セッションではTC21の9年間の活動成果を中心に、ネパール地震やインドネシア・東ジャワの事例、日本や台湾、マレーシアにおける最新の災害対応と制度的取り組みが紹介され、分野・部門横断的アプローチによる災害リスク軽減の重要性が強調され、活発な議論が行われました。

ACECCの第46回理事会（ECM; Executive Committee Meeting）が2024年2月29日（木）～3月2日（土）の期間フィリピンマニラにて開催されました。

これと並行して、TC21は3月1日（金）に「Tramsdisciplinary approach: Practices in Japan and the Philippines」をテーマにセッションを開催しました。

セッションでは分野・部門横断的アプローチとして、フィリピン、日本の事例が紹介され意見を交換しました。

2023年9月18日（月）～22日（金）に、50周年を迎えた中国土木水利工程学会50周年記念祝賀大会及びACECC 45^th ECMが台湾において開かれ、

ACECC TC21国内支援小委員会は9月20日に「Exploring the Synergy: Innovation and Transdisciplinary Approaches in DRR」をテーマとしてセッションを開催しました。

4年ぶりとなる第3回世界防災フォーラムが2023年3月10日（金）～3月12日（日）に仙台で開催され、

ACECC TC21国内支援小委員会は「創造的な復興・防災に向けた分野・横断的アプローチ」と題するセッションを開催しました。

本セッションはフォーラム初日の2023年3月10日に仙台国際センターにて開催され、東日本大震災の復興やアジア各国における災害復興の経験を共有し、

TDAの必要性や重要性について議論が行われました。
