Key items in the review

In order to improve the quality of the journal, "Completeness" of paper will be evaluated by reviewers with a special attention for this conference. The completeness does not mean completeness of a research work, but means that content should be written clearly and concisely. Points such as the following will be noted and evaluated.

• The overall structure is appropriate.
• The objective and results are clear.
• The relationship to previous research and technology is clear.
• The written expression is appropriate.
• Tables and figures are made easy to understand.
• Overall, it is not verbose.
• The number of tables and figures is appropriate.
