Points to Note in Formatting

Please format your paper according to the sample provided in the submission guidelines for the Intelligence, Informatics and Infrastructure: template.  The following points, in particular, seem to have several discrepancies, so please pay close attention to:
-For the title, please adjust the capitalization style to match the format.
-Regarding author affiliations, please review the format and align with it as much as possible. Also, please specify the corresponding author.
-For references, avoid using 'et al.' and ensure that the details closely follow the format.
-If there are any hyperlinks left in the URLs of the references, please remove the hyperlinks but keep the URLs themselves.
-Do not include page numbers. Please be aware that they may still appear on the first page.
-Adjust any unnatural spaces to ensure proper formatting.
