Editorial Policy the Editorial Board for Intelligence, Informatics and Infrastructure
The Editors on the Editorial Board for Intelligence, Informatics and Infrastructure are committed to maintaining the academic quality of the proceedings and to fostering the development of interdisciplinary and cutting-edge research areas. To this end, all submitted manuscripts are subject to a rigorous peer-review process. Based on the evaluation results, the Editorial Board determines the acceptability of each manuscript and may request revisions from the authors as necessary.
Editorial Policy
Intelligence, Informatics and Infrastructure aims to serve as a core academic platform for research dissemination in AI and data science, with particular emphasis on their applications in civil engineering and related fields. The proceedings prioritize innovation, future potential, and social relevance, and are dedicated to publishing reliable, high-quality papers that contribute to the advancement of both academic knowledge and practical technologies.
To further enrich the academic discourse, the journal accepts invited papers from leading researchers in relevant fields, both domestic and international. These contributions will introduce state-of-the-art interdisciplinary research and developments, thereby supporting the activities of researchers and engineers engaged in AI and data science applications—especially in the context of civil engineering.
Handling of Previously Published Work
Manuscripts containing previously published content may be accepted if they have been substantially restructured to incorporate new findings or perspectives. The editorial board will assess whether the submission presents new knowledge, and authors are required to cite any previously published material accurately to facilitate this evaluation.
Peer Review Procedure
Reviewers are requested to conduct the review in accordance with the provided review system (Scholar-one). However, in recognition of the emerging nature of the field, excessive emphasis on the completeness or polish of the submission should be avoided. Based on the outcome of the review, the editors will decide whether to accept or reject the manuscript. Regardless of the decision, the content of the peer review will, in principle, be forwarded to the author. Reviewers are therefore asked to ensure that comments are constructive and clearly stated, and that all suggested revisions are entered into the designated sections of the review form.
Final Decision on Acceptance
The final decision on acceptance or rejection, including any revision requests, will be made by the Editorial Board and communicated to the author under the Editors’ name. The names of individual reviewers will not be disclosed to the author or to any external parties under any circumstances.
