Each division deals with related global environmental issues.
All these journals welcome either Japanese or English manuscripts of
Academic papers should include original scientific or technological accomplishments, or should be an original state-of-arts review. Each paper should be complete.
Technical reports are reports of investigation, planning, design, construction, and field measurement. They should be technologically valuable.
Technical notes should be one of the followings: i) the material including new research or technological achievements even though they have not been completed, ii) new proposals and attempts or discussions against them, iii) supplements or corrections to published materials, or iv) experimental data, field data or new diagrams which are technologically valuable .
Discussions will be accepted within six months after the objective article appeared on a JSCE journal.
Either members or non-members of JSCE can submit these articles. Contribution from abroad is especially welcome.
