Disaster FactSheet Submission Form (tentative)

This site is for submitting disaster report to JSCE Disaster Report site as "FactSheet".

 

Guide to paper submission:

1) The items attached with the symbol “ * " of the application form are required to be filled in.
2) At "Paper", when you will attach a paper, please click the right button to start the upload process.
3) The process of submission will be completed by clicking “SEND” button at the bottom line of this webpage after filling in all the necessary items.
4) When your submission is successfully accepted, you will automatically receive the submission confirmation mail from the secretariat.
5) A form accepted in the above procedure can not be corrected directly on the web site. When you need to revise it, please follow the procedure below.
6) First, return the submission confirmation mail with the request of deleting your submitted form to the E-mail address of the secretariat. Receiving the mail, the secretariat will delete your uploaded information to make the web system ready to accept new one. Then, re-upload your revised submission form.
7) E-mail address of the secretariat : disaster-fs"at"jsce.or.jp (Replace “at” by “@” when e-mailing)

Copyright Attribution (Transfer of Copyright):
The copyright (including the rights specified under Articles 27 and 28 of the Japanese Copyright Low) of all the articles in the paper is attributed (transferred) to JSCE upon the paper acceptance. In principle, JSCE will not prevent authors from using the whole or part of their articles in the form of photocopy, translation or adaptation. However, authors should notify JSCE when they put their articles in full on the web.
When a third person applies for use of the whole or part of the article, JSCE can give him/her permission unless deemed inappropriate. In such a case, JSCE will later notify the author of how his/her article is used.
