登録時の注意／Guide to Abstract Submission

・*印のついた項目は必ずご記入ください。

・記入後、一番下にある「受付」ボタンをクリックしてください。これで投稿の手続きが完了します。

・投稿の受付が終了したら、自動的に「論文要旨受付通知」メールが送信されます。

・同一題目・同一発表者として複数投稿された場合、最新投稿のものを採用することとします。要旨投稿の差し替えを行う場合には、投稿履歴欄の「修正投稿」にチェックを入れ、差し替え前の投稿受付番号を入力してください。受付済み投稿分の削除依頼の連絡は不要です。

・The items attached with the symbol “*” of the application form are required to be filled in.

・The process of abstract submission will be completed by clicking “UPLOAD” button at the bottom line of this webpage after filling in all the necessary items.

・When your abstract submission is successfully accepted, you will automatically receive the submission confirmation mail from the secretariat.

・If the abstract has the same title and presenter, the latest submission is accepted, and the deletion request of your former submission is unnecessary.
